I have just put a batch of these in the oven. I used the rice flour mix on half and just put Nigella seeds on the others. I can't wait to see how they taste. We have never had bread at Christmas lunch before. MIL likes it so I have made it for her and as it only takes an hour.

This recipe is amazing and I am happy to make them any time with an hour to spare and they always turn out well. I love what we can do with yeast, flour, salt and water; yummy.

Made the rolls yesterday, started at 4pm and took rolls out of the oven at 5.10pm so I'm a bit of a slow worker....... Very good recipe, easy will be making again

It a good recipe Rainbow I made them a few days ago , I have put three in the freezer, I think they will thaw out ok.
