Anyone know if this is available in the UK? Can you make it in the TM?

I have never heard of hazlenut cream, but there are many recipes for cashew cream so perhaps you could adpat one of these - in fact, take a look at Quirky Jo's blog and see if you can find some inspiration or ideas there.

The walnut cream recipe in taste of Asia says that any kind of nut is suitable.

200g walnuts
20g rice
70g rock sugar (if using normal sugar use 35g)
600g water

Blanch nuts in boiling water for 1min. Drain and roast in hot oven for 10min until fragrant.
Mill rice and sugar in TM for 1min sp9.
Add nuts and mill 1-2min sp9 until smooth paste formed.
Add water and mix for 6sec sp4.
Cook for 7min 100c sp4.
Blend 1min sp8.

The odd recipe from the books is OK Kimmy, we don't post a lot of them so I can't see we will be in trouble.  It might encourage people to buy the books. You have acknowledged where it's from, that's the main thing.
