Red Kidney Bean Dip
INGREDIENTS
420gm can red kidney beans drained (reserve liquid) and rinsed
2 cloves of garlic
1tbsp tomato paste
1/2tsp paprika
60gms sundried tomatoes
salt to taste
METHOD
* Place the garlic and sun dried tomatoes in
and chop sp 6 for 10 seconds
* Add beans ,garlic, tomato paste and paprika to garlic mixture and blend sp 6 for 10 seconds
* Add saved bean liquid and mix to desired consistency
* Season with salt
