Sounds like a pla, monday or a thursday. I think we should cook lots of meat, once the charcoal is on might as well use it. I have 10 skewers
you can fit 1/2 a chicken on a skewer I think

Hally I wouldn't be too worried about leaving it unattended, the heat is fully contained within the stainless steel outer shell but can understand why you are a little nervous.
