Hally,
Just catching up on this thread. So sorry to hear about your MIL. I hope things are on the improve for you very soon.

Just looked at the tandoori chicken ............ ohhhhhh yummmm.  Off to the Indian shop again I go lol !!  It looks very yummy ! What did you have with the tandoori chicken ?

This isn't exactly the weather for it now but I posted this recipe, which was a copy of a meal I loved in a coffee shop I used to frequent, I bet that tandoori chicken would be yum in this salad.

Ohhh and forgot to say .......... we went to the Brisbane caravan and camping show today and they have these

http://www.ozpig.com.au/?q=products

My DH is desperate to get one because he saw someone else with one similar when we were camping and you can use them when there's fire ban's on ........ just reading their fb page and some have been using them like a tandoori oven ..... hmm interesting. I wouldn't let him buy one today (because we have a weber Q for camping) ........... might have to rethink that lol

That looks great Hally. If this is the one we have ade The favors are very authentic and the spice mix and yogurt sauce really add quite a bit of flavour.

Wonder,
Have you tried the chicken tikka masala ? I have all the ingredients for that so am thinking of giving that one a go this week.

I have just looked at the ozpig web site. DH is making something similar, although on slightly smaller lines to take away with us. I will have to show him this. Ours won't be on legs though so we will have to bend over to use it.

Very clever DH Cookie. They're not all that big though, small enough to take camping and they pack up into a bag.

Wonder, yes that recipe looks really good too (well they all look good) ......... love this kind of food ! Will probably make it over the weekend I'd say. I'll post some photos when I do.
