Perhaps get him to clean the existing bowl between each use and he'll soon see the benifits of the 2nd on?? 

The 2nd bowl set promotion may run again, so it might even be worth hanging out for the next one?? If you held a demo (with 3 new households represented) you automatically get 25% off the price. And if a guest orders a TMX from your demo, you then get 50% off. So it works out pretty reasonable that way....

Wouldn't it be great if they offered a monthly payment plan option for a second bowl (like they do for the thermomix itself).  I guess there would be too much admin involved to make it viable, but I'm sure there would be heaps of takers!!!
