Hi and welcome or bienvenue agnes.. This forum is a great source of information and recipes when it comes to thermie...and very friendly group of people..

Mon mari est francais et nos deux enfants sont ne en france mais depuis 4 mois nous sommes installé en australie (mon pays d'origine) apres 12 ans en france..

There are two other members from France who have recently joined the forum as well.. One has a blog

Don't be surprised if sometimes I don't give news, China give us hard time to connect to internet  >:(
As I order my thermie in China, I received a book full of chinese recipes (but of course in chinese).
Am I aloud too translate them and post them on the forum?

Just quote the source of the recipe each time unless its your own..
