Help with a silly question please!
« on: March 03, 2013, 07:58:31 pm »

Hello!
I am a new member and have only just joined the exciting new world of Thermomix! I have a silly question that I was hoping someone could help me with please.  I am looking at making the Meatloaf in the Everyday Cooking for Every Family and was just a little confused, do you cook the sauce in the thermomix bowl and continue to have it on while the meatloaf is still on top or do you make the sauce after the meatloaf has finished? Sorry, this is probable a really basic question to so many of you seasoned Thermomix cooks! I really look forward to hearing from someone.
Thank you,
kathemcroft :)

I've just looked at the recipe kathemcroft .The meatloaf and sauce both cook at the same time (35-40 minutes.)The meatloaf is in the varoma and the sauce underneath in the TM bowl.
There is a review here of the recipe.
