I have this on the stove top in the cast iron pot, am going to let it cool down and eat tomorrow night. cant wait to try it!

well just had the beef rendang that I cooked last night. It had a nice flavor but I didn't really like  the cut of meat.

Hi Yvette, I used the blade steak, maybe I should have eaten it on the same day, some curreis get better with age, others I guess not!

mf says to transfer it to the stove top and allow it to simmer with the lid off not sure how else to do it
