I also prefer the British to the Australian version.

I really want to make Ryan's (?)  key lime and ginger pie...he uses stem ginger. Is this crystalline ginger?

I'm watching it too and I really like it. I especially like how you get a bit of information on the foods and their history. I think it is far more professional than the Aussie one was.
I agree. Didn't realise you could blow up a mill with flour!
