Sorry, can't contain myself.

I have had my Thermomix for about 2 months now and.................... I'm bursting to say this ,formally just once................... I love, love, love it. I follow this forum everyday and try to use my TM everyday too, but that's not always possible.
The Thermomix is my best buy OF ALL TIME - I just wish I had known about it years ago. I've always loved cooking, but I love it even more now. Such brilliant results from such a small machine. I am thrilled to bits with it and just want to say - if anyone is reading this and is thinking "Should I, shouldn't I?" - and can't bring themselves to spend what seems like a lot of money on what appears to be yet another kitchen gadget - just do it. This machine is worth every single penny.
I looked and thought and looked and thought, for many weeks before I finally did the deed - it was the best thing I ever did.I also owe a huge thankyou to all you regular contributors to this forum - you have helped me and encouraged me sooooooooo much. I wouldn't be without you. Thankyou.
Sorry I've gone on a bit, but I'm not going to apologise for this outburst, I really needed to say it. Thanks everyone.

How lovely to hear that you love your TM past94x.I just reread your first posting where you were undecided whether to buy one.Well you took our advice, took the plunge and bought one.You certainly have embraced the TM way of cooking.Have fun cooking many more recipes in your Thermomix

I feel pretty much the same way past94x - just never got around to putting it into (so many) words. Great that you are enjoying so much.

Thanks for saying and sharing. I sometimes feel I take my tmx for granted nowadays. The poor thing just works all day without a complaint. When it comes to washing up is when I sigh a big thank you. Even on a non cooking day my machine works, it does all the little bits and pieces that I used to do by hand.

I totally agree. I've had mine for about 3 and a half months, and don't know what I did without it! I love preparing so much food from scratch for my family, but in less time than I would have spent prepping our previous meals.
Even on days when I think I haven't really done much I usually use the tmx multiple times (eg porridge, smoothies). I almost always use it for dinner in some way, and I bake bread 3+ times a week and other baking for snacks & luncbox fillers.
When we have people around, it's no big deal to make a few batches of tasty nibbles, and SO much cheaper and more convenient than having to go and buy the pre-made equivalent.
I'm never lost for meal ideas - perhaps because I'm on this forum FAR too much...
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!
