My inspiration to use my Thermomix came from a chef i just hired recently.
I gave a few challenges to him. He sat on his butt for about an hour while his Thermomix did the work
the results where amazing ..So. i am a believer
i will share my recipes openly. Some of them will include a little Molecular Gastronomy as well
If anyone has any questions at all that they would like to have answered in regards to traditional cooking, Please fire away in my in box or in the open forum
