Hello!
My name is Jessa, im 24 with two young children (2 + 1)
Self employed, hubby and I own and run a dairy farm in South West Victoria (Google Fleyas Holsteins / or aussiedairy.com.au )
Very busy, LOVING my thermomix who is called Ernie.
Have tried a few basic things, not too many main meals - but have had a bumper tomato crop this year so I have made tomato paste, tomato conserve, tomato tomato tomato everything!
We have fresh milk from the dairy, so when I get the chance i make our own butter.
Cheers xx

Hi Jessa, welcome to the forum. You must start cooking some main meals using all your tomato products.

Welcome to the forum Jessa. I love the name of your thermomix. Reminds me of Sesame Street.

Hi Jessa welcome to the forums!
I'm always super jealous of someone who has access to real fresh milk. I was spoilt with it a few times as a child and I'm always keen for some of the untampered stuff.
Can't wait to hear more from you.

Welcome to the forum Jessa. Meagans tomato sauce and passata are great if you have heaps of tomatoes. We don't buy tom sauce anymore as we all prefer meagans recipe. And the passata is great on home made pasta and gnocchi.
