Hi from Canning Vale, Perth
« on: April 14, 2013, 03:40:23 am »
I'm new to the Thermomix Forum, although I've been using it for years for recipes, ideas and troubleshooting.
I've had my Thermo for about three years and use it on average about four times a day. I am very passionate about cooking healthy, fun food for my family.
I run a blog on which I share a lot of my food adventures. (www.lbothyme.com)  Some say I have too much time on my hands, I say that I am finally getting some balance in my life  ;)

I look forward to being more involved in the Thermo community here in Perth!

Tash

Welcome Tash. I thought I was reading about myself there for a minute. The only difference being I've had my machine for just over 4 years.

hi amamelreb,

One way I have converted all my recipes was to use my old measurements (cup, table spoon..) then weigh each one of these measurements, then write the weight into my cookbooks.  Does that make sense??  Takes a while, but worth it the next time you make it!

Have fun, and don't forget to give things a go!
