TM problem finally solved (I hope)
« on: April 14, 2013, 10:39:32 am »
I have had an issue with error 52 which is to do with water in places it shouldn't be, it has been driving me nuts. A few months ago I contacted HO who discovered that one of my TM bowls was leaking water from the lid seal so they sent me a new one. But the problem continued and because I had two TM bowls I brought another lid seal for the other bowl.
Again I have been getting error 52 constantly and I just couldn't work out what the problem was.
My sister who was a TM consultant helped me today by testing both bowls with both lids till we were left with one lid causing the problem, we discovered the lid is slightly warped and not sealing properly, water was leaking from the lid into the hole near the lid lock on the Right side of the TM which leaks down into the computer parts of the TM. I'm going to try ringing HO again tomorrow and see if I can order a new lid. :)

Has anyone else had these issues. :)

Oh dear, dede.  I did not see this till now.  I came past the Honey shop thinking of you this afternoon.  I could have picked up your problem and brought it down for service for you.  Thank goodness you had your sister's support.

Love the Honey factory :). I buy all my honey from there.

And as for my TM I'm hoping we are right, I have marked the lid that's causing the problem so I can identify it easier. :)

Just been in contact with HO about my error problem. They are sending me a new lid. I certainly can't complain about their service, my TM warranty ran out at the beginning of the year but they are still happy to cover the cost of replacing the lid. I did contact them back just before the warranty ran out though. :)

Will it have caused any long term problems though?
