Interval setting with hot food
« on: April 22, 2013, 09:56:08 am »
Trying to use the interval setting (when making gnocchi with hot potatoes) - TM won't let me.  How do I resolve this can you tell me?
Thanks  :: :: ::

It won't let you, you have to let it cool a little first....one way I've done it is to remove the bowl completely and put it in the fridge for 5 minutes. Otherwise you might be able to be tricky if you have a second bowl and transfer the contents to a new (cold) bowl. Hope this helps :)

I thought the thermomix was broken the first time this happened to me. All you can do is let it cool and try again.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Thanks folks.  I'll try your ideas Jamberie in the future.  Eventually the TM cooled down sufficiently to work so we didn't starve.
