Maybe cut each piece bigger so you don't eat quite so many
or even smaller so you just lose track. Ether way, am glad you're loving it x

Just made this a few days ago. What a hit, it is so delicious. Will make again this week. The only problem I had was it was a bit soft, I think that is more about it not lasting long enough to set...
This time when I make it, I will hide it to so that I can give it enough time to set. Also, made my own caramel topping, how nice...

Does this go in the fridge to set and do you keep it in there for storing girls?

Ours didn't last that long JD, but I'm sure it would be fine in the fridge covered.

I want to make it tomorrow for Mothers' Day CP but I didn't want it to spoil by refrigerating it if everyone else isn't. Nothing ever disappears quickly in this house unfortunately but I am hoping it does on Sunday with 11 people there to help eat it.

I gave mum some judy and she put it in the fridge and said it didn't really change it. I kept mine at room temperature for three days and it was fine. I used bought tin caramel.

Thanks Kimmy, I bought the caramel too. It looks as if it doesn't make any difference one way or the other then.

I now have the task of putting the recipe back into "ordinary" cookery terms Judy
