Robyn, do you have to keep the button on to make steam?

...sorry Michele but that is a definite yes - I only need to refill once when doing our house where all floors except bedrooms get mopped  :)

The cord is what annoys me too same with my vacuum cleaner I attach 3 extension cords and still have to move it to a different power point half way through cleaning I've not used it in a while went back to my mop and bucket::)

Does anyone have a indoor steam cleaner rather than just a mop?

I was looking at something similar DJ, although you couldn't attach an iron. It was $399.00 and I didn't want to spend that much on a mop. In hindsight????

I didn't wash the cloths before using and wonder whether that was why my floors were left wet? Will give mine another go with a washed cleaning cloth.

I have a steam cleaner and no longer use it after being introduced to Norwex products. I'm not a consultant (wish I had the time to be) but I'd highly recommend their products. If you get a chance, go to a party or better still host your own. The freebies are amazing!

I never liked my steam mop, returned the first one because I said it didn't work properly and the second one was no different  :D  Just me I guess - that one ended up out on the verge for a council pick up.  I don't know what brand it was - it was red, that's all I can remember about it.  I just prefer the old miracle spray and a mop or occasionally the long handled scrubbing brush for a deeper clean.  Of course I have lost my housekeeper now that Geoff is in a home so I have to do my own cleaning these days.

LOL I said the exact same thing Obbie. Since then though I've been to three parties and hosted one of my own!  No need to buy any chemicals and cleaning so much less of a chore.

I haven't been to any sort of a cleaning party - I'm chemical free by force  :'(.  I'm on enviro system, can't use any antibacterials.

Miss the use of bleach - love the smell and results  ;D
