This may be a silly question but I am new to this forum. Why do you list all the recipes in the recent book? I thought maybe it was so we can search for them in the forum to get the recipes. I tried to search for Frozen Berry Yogurt but it did not come up. Just wondering as I am always trolling for new things to do with my wonderful TM!!!

Yaque, we have indexes of all the cookbooks so that TMX owners can have a browse and decide if they want to buy the book.  The odd recipe will appear on the forum but HO would not be happy if all recipes were available free, no-one who writes a book would.  Because the latest edition has so many extra recipes than the original EDC it was necessary to do another list.

There are so many recipes here, on people's blogs  and on the UK Thermomix website - you should never have a problem finding a recipe.
We have a thread in Chit Chat which has a list of URL links to TMX blogs.

Does anyone know how I can buy the new EDC? I don't have a consultant anymore

Perhaps you could ring HO on toll free 1800 004 838 and ask them charlieboy.  I just checked out their site but no mention of the new EDC on there.

The new EDC is available from Aust/NZ consultants for $40.  This month (May 2013) hosts who already own the EDC can get the new one for $25 or free if somebody at their demo buys.  If you go to the http://www.thermomix.com.au website, you could click the CONTACT US link and say where you live and what you want if you'd like to purchase it for $40 or book a demo to get the reduced price.

Thank you both.  Still trying to decide if I need it or not - can't work out if there is much difference to the EDC I have :)

Mine was delivered this morning and I am very happy with it.  There are a few more recipes but it is the formatting I like and think I will be getting more use of this one because of that.

I've spoken to the SA State Manager about this book and she told me there are a few misprints in the current book.  She is dropping a book off to me in the morning complete with a list of alterations so I will list them then.  A revised reprint has been ordered and is due in 2-4 weeks.

If you are looking to replace your original or early version of the EDC this book is only available through your consultant and if you have lost your consultant then please ring HO Australia on freecall 1800 004 838 and they will put you in touch with another consultant.

I'll have some surprises to share with you tomorrow as well ;)  Stay tuned.
