Brisbane rookie
« on: May 20, 2013, 04:27:04 am »
Hi, I'm Tara and live in Brisbane. Patiently waiting for my thermomix to be delivered (ordered on Saturday) so I'm having lots of fun browsing recipes and writing out a shopping list.

Now normally I hate to cook, I hate the prep work and the cleaning up, so here's hoping the thermomix changes all that.

I've recently cut out all additives from my diet and have go e back to a pretty primal way of living, I wouldn't say paleo ask do plan on still having yoghurt (when I re-introduce it) and possibly still some spelt flour etc, so technically still a grain.
It's all a bit of a learning process and seeing what my can and can't handle (allergies - sinus and skin issues).

I've spent the last hour and a bit browsing, so thanks for sharing some of your fabulous recipes.

Hi Tarat, welcome to the forum.  Good to see you are getting organised for when your Thermomix arrives, wise move.  You can spend days on here browsing LOL.

Welcome Tara. Good luck with the additive free eating plan, I'm sure the TMX will be a great help.

The demonstrator can't deliver until Sunday. Trying to be patient in the mean time.  :)

At least you have a little time to get organized!  ;)

I'm sure you will find tmx a big help - I always quite liked cooking but did find it just such a big chore keeping the family fed day after day, and the tmx has really made it fun, and I look forward to my next task in the kitchen.   ;D
