100g buckwheat
50g amaranth
50g brown rice
50g tapioca
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
400g milk
Oil for frying
1) Mill buckwheat and amaranth 30s/speed 10. Put aside.
2) Mill brown rice and tapioca 2m/speed 10.
3) Add buckwheat, amaranth, eggs, salt, baking powder and milk to bowl and mix 15s/speed 4.
4) Fry 4 pancakes in a non-stick frying pan in a little oil.
Variations:
- You can make these pancakes sweet (sugar and cinnamon, maple syrup) or savoury (bacon, cheese, mushrooms).
- You can fill the cooked pancakes and roll them up like a tortilla. f
