Don't know whether to put this here or in cakes  ;D ;D

Some of you may have already seen this - an beautifully charming video of Jo's (of Quirky Cooking) 11 year old son using the TMX to make a chocolate cake . . :D  . . .  love the way he puts the bowl together!! ;D

Jo's children are very good at using the thermomix. She is so clever with putting things together to avoid allergy problems. Although I would hate to have her nut bill. I follow her on Twitter and Instagram and she has amazing food.
I would love to have a Jo book.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Yes she is. Some of us were lucky enough to meet her when she was in WA a couple of years ago.
