Hi everyone. I am a new member to this forum and was delighted to read how to tell you about myself.
I am wheat intolerant and so use GF recipes. I do not have a Thermomix (sorry to offend) but I have a new Thermochef but I can't find a recipe for GF Bread that suits.
Looking through your lovely recipe I am keen to try it but don't understand the different speed ratios to the Thermochef.
If anyone is willing to put their name to this answer I would love to hear from you.
I enjoy all your comments and they help me tremendously as I am still new to the GF cooking.
Enjoy your cooking. J

Hello Lewer, welcome to the forum. Sorry can't answer your question but a TC owner may like to help out.

Hi Lewer.
Have you read all through the appropriate posts on the bread section, and also in special diets. You may find something to help you there. I don't really know much about GF bread.
Would a sourdough be suitable?

Hi Lewer,
I have a Thermo Chef too. Here is a few helpful conversions from TMX to TC:
Varoma = cook
Interval speed = knead
Generally, I don't adjust the speeds of times when using a TMX recipe, but sometimes, you may need to drop the speed by one level. The more you cook, the more comfortable you will become.
Just be wary when mixing dough that your TC should only knead for 2 minutes before resting for a a minute. Also, if it starts to struggle, stop it, move the dough around a little, rest for a minute and try again.
Have fun!

Lewer, welcome to the Forum. When making bread it might be best if you knead 1/2 the ingredients in with all the liquid and then tip out and knead the rest in by hand. Hope this helps. ES is a good cook so take notice of her advice.
