Hi Barbw, welcome to the forum. It takes a while to get used to this new way of cooking - I had many disasters when I first started but once I found this forum, things changed and nowadays disasters just don't happen. Have you tried any of the recipes on here, those with reviews are the easiest to start with. Good luck, enjoy your classes and please do let us know how you are going, what you are cooking etc. This is a great place to come for advice so feel free to ask anything you need to know.

Welcome to the forum Barb. We have all had a few "less than ordinary" meals when we first started out.
Try a few recipes from here and ask any questions, there's always someone that can help.
