Just made the chocolate tarts infused with coffee ........ just lovely. I made them in 4 inch tart cases with removable bases and having tasted one, 4 inch tart cases is too big for a portion of this lovely pudding.It's a very rich recipe. It has a lovely dark, creamy texture and, with a dollop of cream would be unbeatable.
The photograph shows them being made in little, boat shaped tins, but I didn't have any of those, so made do with what I did have. I shall now invest in some smaller tins.
This dessert is a true chocoholics dream - rich dark chocolate cream with a lovely coffee flavour running through it. Very easy to make too. A real winner. Can't wait to make the next thing.
