« on: June 17, 2013, 11:48:42 pm »
I am sure it is here somewhere, but i can't find it.  ???

Is there a guide for converting regular recipe measurements of I cup etc into weights?

Thanks in advance  :)

If you have an iPad or iPhone, I swear by an app called Kitchen Pro.  It converts between all sorts of measurements for a large range of ingredients.  It's American so its not identical to our cups and tablespoons but it is very close. It also has temperature and measurement conversions.

I have a set of measuring spoons for UK measurements. I bought them in a kitchen shop. You need to check the ones they sell as they are not always 20ml for the tablespoon which is Australian measurements.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
