So how is everyone going with this one??  I keep falling off the wagon on day one - for some reason at the moment the smoothie is upsetting me  :'( Could be my body complaining about not getting it's cup of tea in the morning  ???  So might try to ease into it a bit more gently perhaps.

Maybe this one just isn't for you ILB - don't push yourself if it is upsetting you  :-* :-*

I did it a while ago and it was fantastic. In saying that my stomach is a lot more sensitive since then too.

Did you tune in Monday night to Cyndi's teleseminar series?? -
"Finding it hard to put into place some of the things Cyndi talks about? Lost a bit of the drive that you had in the beginning when you were all enthusiastic and "lets get healthy!" was in the forefront of your mind and now it has taken second place to the kids, the husband/wife and life in general?"

I didn't get to hear it but Mum said it was great! Next date is Aug 24th. ;)

I listened in to most of it NayNay.

I have also fallen off the wagon a bit ILB............mainly because I am concerned that I am insulin resistant so fruit for breakfast is probably not ideal for me.  I have written to Cyndi to ask the question if it is adviseable & also posed the question during the teleseminar but it either didn't go through or was ignored!!!  I will try sending her another missive.

I have been advised to follow my blood type diet but am still in overwhelm about the magnitude of the "problem" ie just how many little niggling issues I have to address......sure it will all look better from the other side of half a bottle of wine  ;) ;) - oh, that's right - not on my blood type!!!

What type are you JaneeZee? I'm a sensitive A and when I started (haven't got past "started") reading about it, it all started to make sense with the types of intolerances I'd had on and off since I was a child.  I agree - there are too many indulgences out there to tempt us...

I'm O ILB - not sensitive just lazy (OK I know thats not a subtype - more an admission of guilt!).

I'm just so in the habit of what I eat & have "gotten away with" for so many years that I am finding it hard to think about.  I love things like avocado, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, pork etch which are on my "avoid" list........sigh! It's just getting my head around it, I know it makes sense............. :(

I know what you mean - I'm supposed to lean towards a vegetarian diet but I find meat's just so much easier to prepare when in a hurry for dinner.  And I'm supposed to stay away from tomato - but love tomato based things like spag bol  :-[ :-))

I am sooooooooo with you ILB.  That's why I never used my slow cooker, I couldn't organise to have the ingredients to put something together in the morning for the evening!!!  Thats one reason I love my TM - I can make my mind up at 6.30, go shopping & still have dinner before 8!!

Organisation is definately not my strong suite :(

Jworth, I'm with you!  I want to take my 2 daughters to swimming lessons this summer and they are at the age where I have to get in as well - a reality check.  I also want to give them a healthy body image and not be   I'm thinking seriously about doing this as I want to do something that is healthy as opposed to a shake regime.

I am so with you both too! DD needs swimming lessons and I'm dreading the thought. Whilst I have started this program numerous times, I've never actually finished it. Keen to start again, however I need to take it carefully as my stomach is super sensitive at the moment.
