Welcome to the forum. When do you take delivery of your wonderful machine?  You will find lots of wonderful recipes on the forum. Mostly tested and tried by several members. What sort of things do you like to cook?
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Hi cookie1, It arrived last Thursday, my first efforts were like a comedy show, I thought I would have a go at the apple cake in the edc, I managed to crack and put the first three eggs through the hole in the top of the lid and dropped the fourth right in! Took me about half an hour to get the shell out! Then I thought I would make the bolognaise sauce and forgot to put the lid on so that bubbled every where lol I'm scared of it now.

Hi DDD - a very warm welcome!  Don't despair or give up! Believe me, we've all been there, seen them, and done that . . .you should take a look at this thread!  ;D ;D  http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=7377.0  Just take it easy, and take your time to follow the recipe to the letter.  You'll be fine and feel at home with your new best buddy in no time at all . . . ;D

Hi Deb, welcome to the forum.  Like you, I stumbled across this forum but it was over 5 years ago and it has been the best thing since sliced bread as far as I'm concerned.  I was very cautious about using my machine but with the support of people on this forum that was soon swept away.  Stick with us babe, we will show you the way  :D  If you have a problem, just let us know and someone will come to your aid.

Welcome to the forum. Hang in there. Most of us hit a few bumps while learning to use our TMX's.

Have a look at the recipe reviews, they will help you with any adjustments we have found helpful.
