Banana Bread

Hello all, I would like to know what the best Banana Bread recipe is out there?  Friends have tried a few different ones but just haven't managed to get it just right.

My favourite banana bread is opn Tenina's blog. It is called Auntie Deb(?) Banana Bread. It can be found at www. Tenina.com.
