The traffic will be bad Bedlam as everyone going to Perth will have no choice but to drive.
Hopefully you will make it.
I am babysitting one GK that I know of at the moment but maybe a few more so will need to bring her/them with me.
I have a sore  throat and cold so will see how that goes as I don't want to pass it on to anyone. >:(

There is a lot going around at the moment bug wise and areoplanes spread it so well.
Unfortunately i will probably be in the thick of ithe traffic but really want to meet you before Adelaide and an opportunity to meet some others,to good to pass up.
I need some bottles for my goodie bag gift and thought ikea may  have some.
My eldest DD will come for the ride and a chat so the jam shouldn't upset us too much.

That's good that you won't be on your own especially if there is a traffic jam.
Hopefully my throat etc will be a lot better by Monday  as I really want to meet you before Adelaide too  :D
Fingers crossed  as it will be really nice meeting the other forum members.

Hopefully you won't find the traffic too bad Bedlam.
MF get well quickly.

DD usually goes to work by train. We have been having a laugh at things that have been suggested like work from home, ( utterly impossible when you work with people), arrange with the boss to start and finish at different times, ( I don't think it is possible with many jobs).
The most stupid thing is that the Perth two football teams play each other this weekend. So they will have supporters of both teams unable to use the trains which is the most popular way to get there.

 I agree Cookie .
You would think that they would have realised the footy teams were playing each other this weekend and scheduled the train stoppage on a different date.
No common sense there or with telling people to work from home or change their work hours  ???

Hopefully I will feel better soon. Panadol has helped and will take some more before we go out for dinner with my brother and SIL.
Don't like letting people down at the last minute.

CC and MF dont forget the "take a holiday" , i agree  the two football teams playing is the most ridiculous.

It's not just Monday CC as there will be major disruptions this month and next month due to upgrading  and improving our Network. Various lines will be closed at different times.
