Hello Damo, nice to have another guy join the forum - I hope you are up for the odd chat or two.  It certainly looks like someone wants you to do the cooking giving you a TMX for your birthday.  I think that's the first time I've heard of a guy getting one for his birthday.  Love to hear what you are cooking, are you a chef or just someone who likes to cook?

Hi Damo and welcome to the Forum. Happy Birthday -  Great Birthday present (wonder if it would work if I gave one to my DH?) nice to have another male voice on the Forum.  Look forward to hearing about your cooking experiences.
You haven't failed at anything until you stop trying.

Hi and welcome to the forum Damo, what a great birthday present  :)
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Welcome Damo.  Who gave you the TM and why did they buy it for a present? What food are you wanting to cook?
My wife got it for me. we took advantage of the interest free payments and to make life easier. We have 3 young boys 7,4,2. I do 99% of the cooking with the boys around my feet so we thought it would help. Im mainly interested in everyday meals for dinner etc but my horizon has been broadened already.

Hi Damo & welcome!
Enjoy the recipes here! one of the reasons I got my tmx was to make healthy dinners fast with my toddler at my feet too. I love using the tmx when cooking for kids as I don't have to worry about her pulling hot pans off the stove.
Happy Cooking :)
