Hi....I'm Jaime
« on: July 13, 2013, 06:36:14 am »
Just found this board and am excited about getting my TM.  I will be ordering in a couple weeks and am also becoming a consultant to hopefully recoup some of the cost and maybe even earn a bit of side money.
My friends have never heard of the TM so I can't wait to enlighten them ;)

Oh and I am originally from Vancouver, Canada but have been living in Australia for over 9 years now.  At the moment I am a SAHM with 3 kids and we live on the Central Coast.
I can't wait to get my TM and try out some of the great recipes here.

Welcome Jaime. I had it the wrong way round, you are Canadian living in Australia.
Enjoy the time before your machine arrives and explore the forum. The waiting for your machine is really hard.

I also guessed wrongly LOL, I thought the same as Cookie.  Hi and welcome to the forum CK, nice to hear you have friends who have never heard of the Thermomix - lots of potential sales there maybe?  Let us know how it all goes.

Hi Jamie, and welcome  :D
how old are your 3?

I can't wait to get it. I'm trying to compile a list of things to make when I get it.
My kids are 12 year old boy(13 next month), 9 year old boy and a 3 year old daughter. I'm thinking the two boys will be able to start making things in it, my 9 year old already loves watching me cook so he will probably really love it.
