Hi all,
I'm Anthea - ILB's Mum
.
I've had my Thermomix for nearly nearly 5 years and don't use it as much as I should. However life style and diet changes mean that I'm enthused to use it a lot more as we go for the wheat free journey on our way to a Paleo diet.
Look forward to the journey!
Anthea

Hi Anthea & welcome!
ILB is like forum Royalty with her chocolate cake - I think you'd be hard pressed to find a member who hasn't made that one!
Is great to have family with a TMX too, lots to talk about and less to learn from each other
Good luck on your food journey & happy Cooking!

Well, hello hello Anthea, after all this time you have officially joined us as a forum member. If my memory serves me correctly, there are several people in your family with Thermomixes seeing how your DD was once a consultant. Good luck with managing your health better with a change of diet, I'm sure the TM will be a great help. Perhaps you could share your healthy recipes with us as there are others out there in the same situation.
I am so looking forward to meeting your beautiful daughter and grand-daughter at Chookie's next month - she was the first friend I made on this forum but as yet we have not had the chance to meet in person.

Hi and welcome Anthea. A very special welcome as you are ILB's Mum.
I'm sure your tmx will be ablew to help you on your new way of eating. Sadly I can't get to Chookie's so I will miss meeting ILB in person.

HOORRAAYYYY!!! You're on the forum Mum!
These magical people are like a second family! And they'll also help with any questions and suggestions as well. Some of them should be paid full time by TMX for all their cooking, trials, reviews and helping others.

It sounds as if it's taken you some time to talk Mum into joining us ILB - I love having some of our Mums on here.
