GF pasta with tomatoes and spinach (from German GF brochure)
(2 portions)

Ingredients:
1 onion, halved
1 clove of garlic
10g olive oil
1 tin of chopped tomatoes (400g)
50g cream
130g water
1 cube of vegetable stock
1 tbsp pizza herbs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
1 pinch of pepper
200g gluten free pasta (dried)
100g spinach leaves (frozen product, thawed)

Procedure:
1.   Chop onion and garlic in TM bowl 3s/speed 5.
2.   Add oil and cook 3m/varoma/speed 1.
3.   Add all other ingredients except for pasta and spinach and cook 7m/100C/speed 1.
4.   Add pasta and spinach to hot sauce, stir through with spatula and cook pasta according to package instructions 12m/100C/reverse/speed 1.

Variations:
You can also serve the sauce with pasta which has been cooked in the usual way on the hob.
Minced meat can be cooked in the sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan before serving.

You are pumping out recipes faster than I can read them this morning vivacity ;) ;) I'm not GF but this one appeals to me, especially the fact that it serves 2 people - it is probably still too much for the 2 of us but it saves me having to halve everything in normal recipes.  Love the idea of a 1 pot meal. Thanks and I hope you are enjoying your 'holiday'  :-* :-*

What she said !!  Great recipe - easy to adapt.  Might be better for that fresh pasta JD.

Someone was asking the other week about adding dried pasta to the TMX sauce contents and whether there was enough liquid in there to cook the pasta.  Guess this recipe answers your question.  Sorry, I tried to find your posting but there are so many these days it is getting harder and harder to look back, especially if you don't remember who did the posting. Hope you read this one. ;) ;)
