I recently did all the desserts for my husbands 50th birthday party, and it worked really well. Not everything was in cups, but was in individual serves or finger food. I did the Malt Slice recipe from the forum (2 batches, one with normal chocolate topping, one with choc-mint topping), chocolate mousse in individual mini-cups (I used the fancy little cupcake liners that you can get now-worked perfectly-didnt leak and held their shape). Also did individual lemon curd tartlets. Made the curd in advance and piped into the tart cases at the last minute. Cookies and cream fudge, also made in advance. Raspberry cheesecake slice, made in advance and sliced into bite-sized pieces. Good luck!
