I made the Sri Lankan Cashew Curry - with a couple of adaptations - I missed out the Maldive fish and, as I didn’t have Sri Lankan curry powder, I used my own instead (I think the recipe for this is on the forum somewhere). This dish is really easy to make, delicious, tasty and (best of all) very fragrant - my mouth was watering before I had finished cooking it.
