I had towels from BB&T that shed for ages. DH refused to use them.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

We've got some of those towels as well - even after months of use and countless washes they still shed - I don't dare wash anything else with them!

After reading Jeninwa and Cullidh's experience, I took JD's advice and called BBT since the blanket was only 3 weeks old. They very graciously offered a refund acknowledging that it was faulty.

Happy dance!!! Thank you all for your advice. Everyone's advice led me to the final direction to get a refund.

BTW, the lady said they got a lot of returns from the previous batch, but this was the first one from the new batch!

Well done Courton. Glad it was sorted with a minimum of fuss.

Courting... I'm just curious... Did you happen to notice where the blanket was made? Glad for you that you were able to get a refund,,

There was no date on the label. I guess they go by the style number. Yeah, first time I have heard of a faulty pure wool blanket Djinni!!

I'm glad it has turned out for you. I would never have thought of it being faulty.
