I actually prefer them cooked in the pc, as it seems to cook a lot of the fat out...not that eating the crackled rind is much healthier  :P
Add as much garlic & ginger as you like.
I did marinate the ribs for a couple of hours in those ingredients prior to cooking.

One of our family favourites is the WW pepper pork using ribs so not sure why I haven't thought to actually cook ribs in the PC before. I would put under a hot grill to just colour them a little before serving but that's not a big deal. Will definitely add to my list for next week.

It's just julienned carrot, capsicum, cucumber & spring onion, with a packet of Changs crispy noodles, and the dressing from back of the noodle pack....which I only use 1/2 the amount of oil stated......have thrown pack out sorry, but it will be online somewhere.

Arrived yesterday used it today.  This is a very user friendly machine and I really like it. Just used the quick cook function as I was cleaning out the fridge and chopped up all the older veg in TMX then cooked for 10 mins in cook4me. Was great. Love the way it automatically releases the steam instead of having to wait for the pressure to come down.  Also love the keep warm function.

I could be convinced, although I still have the fear of them. The more I read these posts the more I think about it.

last night i popped in 9 large forequarter chops, sprinkled with 1 pkt. French onion soup & 1 cup water.
Didn't bother browning, using manual time function, was cooked for 25 minutes perfectly.
Sorry no pic....parents were here & I didn't want to think I was an odd child who takes photos of her dinner  :P

Thanks for the info Maddy,  I have 2 Tefal PC's for the stove top that I really love although must say the smaller one is my fav.  Cookie I was always scared of them as well because had heard so many horror stories.  When we have been in India it's not unusual for three or more of them to be hissing away but that noise makes me cringe!!!!   Anyway these new breed of PC's are made in such a way that they can't blow and also do not hiss.  Once I found this out I have never looked back.  Mine also uses a press button to open and close the lid so people with arthritis won't have trouble.  The handles also go down for easy storage.

This new one looks great and if I didn't already have mine then would be tempted!!!!!

Thanks for the recipe re the chops & french soup, must give it a go Maddy!!!
