Thank you for your warm welcome, I am not the most inventive of cooks, but my ideas with left overs are usually pretty good, but I do try to use my thermomix for most jobs. My best efforts have been cakes & savoury sauces, chillies, bolognese etc & probably most soups that you can name as it makes such light work of preparation. I found this forum while searching for the UK Thermomix address as I needed a new butterfly whisk, my original had finally given up after being super glued many times. I have now filled my poor tablet full of links to new recipes. I've noticed only 2 major differences between theTM21 & 31 they are reverse & the temperature range. I don't think it will be a problem.
