Cooking class on board a boat in Cambodia. Chicken amuck.

Crepes made to order then some fruit carving.

Fantastic photos Jen, they bring back wonderful memories. We loved Hue, the people were so friendly and the history so interesting. So much to see no do.

I think so far Hoi An is my favorite place, we are now in Phnom Penh, we left Saigon on Saturday and have been cruising up the Mekong river, the food is fantastic, service is outstanding. Today we visited the killing fields, which I hated then to S 21 prison, I sat out side under a tree with a couple of ladies from our tour, lunch at the Malis restaurant  in the city (I will send Gert some photo soon) then on to the royal palace and the silver pagoda then a cyclo ride back to the ship.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I would have been with that group too Jen.  Food pictures are fantastic.
