Uni's Gnocchi
this is my version
Gnocchi di ricotta

1/2 kg of dry ricotta (well drained)
1 cup plain flour
1 egg (large)
1/2 cup of parmesan
Salt and pepper taste
Pinch of nutmeg

Place  all of  the  ingredients in bowl and knead for about 45 seconds.

auspicia - I made this for my Italian Stallion husband and it got his tick of approval.... even though I used gluten free flour!!! I used the Jamie Oliver Pepperonata Sauce and it was divine!! Its the first time I've ever made gnocchi too so it took a while but I won't be too scared to try it again!

I'm glad it went well for you. It is actually Uni's recipe. (Fundj&e).
