This can also be made with broccoli, kohlrabi or other (mixed) vegetables.
Ingredients:
400g cauliflower, in florets
300g potatoes, cut into pieces
1000g water
2 cubes of vegetable stock
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp white pepper
2 pinches of nutmeg
100g cream
1) Place cauliflower and potatoes in bowl and chop 3s/speed 5.
2) Add remaining ingredients, except for cream, and cook 18m/100C/speed 1.
3) Add cream and puree soup 30s/speed 10.
