Bodytrim - anyone else following this eating style?
« on: December 03, 2013, 08:27:10 am »
Hi folks

I have had my TMX less than a week and would love to use it as much as possible.  We are following the Bodytrim style of eating (high protein, low fat, low carbs) and would love to know if anyone else out there is following it too and using their TMX to create some yummy meals?

Look forward to hearing (hopefully) from some peeps.
Janelleope

The varoma is great for steaming fish, chicken, veges..while on Bodytrim. :)

I'm afraid I don't know much about Bodytrim. Good luck with it.

Just be very careful with Body Trim. My friend ended up in hospital with diverticulitis. Not enough good carbohydrate in his diet. Carbs are good, fat is good as long as it's the right carbs and the right fat.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
