I NEED HELP!!! Beetroot cornet recipe

Hi! I am currently experimenting with my new thermomix. I saw in the El Bulli book that you can use your thermomix to create Beetroot cornets (see attached picture), with gl;ucose and isomalt. Unfortunately there is no recipe :'(

IS THERE SOMEONE WHO CAN GIVE ME THE RECIPE AND INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE A CRACLING BEATROOT CORNET.

These sound unusual. I have never heard of them. Hopefully someone will be able to help you. Have you tried googling Beetroot cornets?
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Is this a recipe by a Michelin star chef Milosh1981?  Unless he has a recipe in one of his books, I'm sure this type of recipe would be very hard to find.  Are you in Europe?

There's a recipe for a carrot wafer in the latest Australian Thermomix book In the Mix2 by Fiona Hoskin which is a dessert wafer and may be along the lines of what you are looking for.  Her book can be bought here in Australia but I'm not sure if it is available overseas yet.

Well it is a Amuse-bouche I ate in a Michelin star restaurant.
I am pretty far along, but cant seem to find the correct ratio of beetroot/glucose/isomalt to make it crispy enough.
I mix ??g of beetroot with ??g isomalt and ??g glucose for 25min on 80degrees in the thermomix and then dry them at 55degrees for 24houres in the dehydrator, but I cant seem to find the correct mix. This is the only thing I need

This will test how determined you are.  You will have to continue to experiment.  I have found that a lot of recipes created in commercial kitchens are very difficult to recreate in domestic kitchens. 
Looking at the recipe,  it doesn't seem to have a binding agent.  After drying,  what is the problem/ result.?
There is a recipe on the Forum for Waffle cones.  Maybe this may help.
