Hi I'm Jenny and using my thermomix to do the christmas puddings for the first time. I usually make a suet pudding which takes around 4-5 hours of steaming in a pot on the stove. I'm just a bit worried about using the varoma/thermomix for such a long period of time. Can i run it continuously for this length of time? NB - Of course, I would keep checking the water level to make sure that it doesn't boil dry.
Has anyone else tried a suet pudding in the varoma?
