Very easy to make - used for Chicken Sausage Toad in the Holders - see my review on that.

I am just about to make these. Do you use oil in the bottom of the muffin pan as usual? I am assuming so.

I don't think I did put oil in the bottom of the muffin mould - I used both a non-stick pan and an ordinary one.  Just drizzled the oil over the top as per the recipe.  Probable wouldn't hurt though.

I normally put oil in & heat the oil, then add the mixture. Will do it my normal way & see how they go :)
