Ricotta Gnocchi with Napoli Sauce In the Mix 2 pg 117
« on: January 05, 2014, 03:44:19 am »
This is an all in one dish using the varoma. i made the ricotta cheese early early this morning before our bike ride. Just whipped this up for lunch. Took no time at all. Very happy with the result. Flavour great & easy vegetarian dish. Its our very early sunday lunch :) Will make again, the cheese & gnocchi can be made in advance which is a bonus too.

This looks nice Hally. I think I may have to think very seriously about buying the book.

It does look lovely Hally, I've tagged it in the book to try when I have time.

I added more black pepper & some left over mushrooms, very nice, you wont be disappointed if you like ricotta. The ricotta mixture was great :)
