I've forgotten.
« on: March 12, 2014, 06:44:05 pm »
I've had my TM for about 14 months now and can honestly say that since having it, I have not made a roux-type sauce any other way than in the TM. In all that time I must have made hundreds and everyone is perfect. I am so in love with my TM.

Yes, it has, but I had no idea when I bought my new toy all those months ago, that I would love it and use it quite so much. To think I was in a quandary back then, trying to make up my mind whether to buy it or not. It's worth every single penny.I wish I had bought it years ago.

Audrey,  know the feeling.  It just sits on the bench and I use it several times a day,  without thinking.

Yes, it is as normal as going to the cutlery drawer.

Yes, you're right. Sorry to have so remiss about the Forum. It has been - and still is - a real lifeline. I don't know anyone who owns a TM, so I use the Forum everyday. Feels like I have a whole bunch of new friends. Thanks so much everyone.

So very, very true. A couple of friends have them, but don't use the forum and are always asking how did you know/ get that?  The forum makes me look very good to these friends.  :D ;D ;D

Same here Cookie! I get asked a lot of questions and if I don't know I say "give me a little time and I'll get back to you" then I come in here and find out the answer!
This forum is like a big Thermy dictionary, just more interactive and fun  ;D ;D

The thermie is wonderful but the magic comes from this forum IMHO
