Made this to go with the Polenta chips. Reduced cayenne pepper as thought it would be too spicy....maybe reduced it too much. I think 1/2 teaspoon would be ideal next time. Used rice bran oil instead of grapeseed as didn't have any as well as regular paprika instead of hungarian. After tasting it, it reminded me of the mayo i made for another recipe in the book...when i checked it was except for instead of herbs it had paprika and cayenne.
lovely texture but should've added more spice.
