Cooking class with Nico in Melbourne - not Perth
« on: August 06, 2009, 04:04:43 am »
Thanks to ILB I can say there is a cooking class in Perth with Nico on 25th August. He is making the same things he made at his last cooking class and I can highly recommend it.  This isn't on the TMX site ILB forwarded me an email about it.
Thanks ILB you're a star. :-*

We have been told this is booking very quickly & almost sold out so if you want to go, get onto it asap.  It is mainly aimed at non-owners is my understanding.  He was very good last time he was here in Melbourne...

Hi JZ - that was the first time I met you in TMX capacity.  MrsT was wondering who the hell I was off kissing and chatting to ??  :o :o :o Wasn't game enough to come over and find out ;D

Can't believe that it is only for 55 people !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got an email from Andrea K this morning and she thought it was a limit of 30.

This is probably THE type of class that owners are hanging out for rather than B2B.

They may be able to get some more in, but there may only be another half dozen seats left  :( :(

I am sure that he could do 2 or 3 sessions and still be overbooked.

PS - I think I need to get on more consultants' mailing lists - nothing from my consultant yet.

Ooooohh......Where is that embarrasing emoticon? All I looked at closely was the word Perth. It says he is from Perth. This is what my face looks like. No, I haven't been on the hard stuff it's too early.

So sorry Kathryn and anyone else that read it. :'( :'( :'( :'(

I went to his last class here in Perth, and I also thought it was very good. I love his booklet and cookbook. There is a delicious recipe for bbq pork spareribs using bourbon. We all had a chuckle when he had his head down chopping away at some parsley with his knife, and Grace and another demonstrator were looking on (almost openmouthed) and he said that he finds it quicker to chop parsley with his knife because he is used to it and the TM is right beside him!

Ohh - glad to of helped.  On the off chance that HQ wasn't actually adding owners to the newsletter address, I thought I'd email it out to my list. Glad I did!

Thermomixer - I'll add you to my email list  ;)

A daytime - afternoon class would probably be best for a lot of people - is it likely?

Im not sure. JB sent out an email looking for volunteers to help and suggested a date (a wednesday - so must be just before or just after).  Not sure what time she was planning it though.
